Hey, I’m Diana!

I started practicing yoga in 2010 and began teaching in 2014. That same year—while working full‑time and parenting three small kids—I trained for and finished an Ironman. In the middle of limited time and resources, I learned how yoga and bio‑hacking can keep the body resilient and performance high.

After a serious accident shattered my ankle, I leaned on yoga and neuroscience‑based care. Cold water therapy, red light therapy, lymphatic compression massage, and meditation sped up my recovery and strength. Months later, I completed a half‑marathon—despite ten pieces of metal in my reconstructed ankle.

I launched Mind + Flow Wellness to unite yoga with neuroscience‑backed bio‑hacking. With a focus on movement, breath, and belief, I help people access practical, time‑savvy methods for personal and professional growth—so they can do more than they thought possible.
